Products may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt or order confirmation for processing eligibility.
Certain products including personalized items, perishable goods, intimate apparel, and digital downloads are not eligible for return. Gift cards and membership subscriptions are also exempt from our return policy.
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions for shipping.
Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags, labels, and accessories included. Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration beyond initial inspection will not qualify for a full refund.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within five to seven business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method, and processing times may vary by institution.
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within the return window. For items of greater value, the price difference must be paid at the time of exchange through our accepted payment methods.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a damaged item received. Prepaid return labels are provided for qualifying returns only.
Partial refunds may be granted for items returned outside the standard return window or products showing minor signs of use. The refund amount will be determined based on the item's condition upon inspection.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received before the item has been shipped. Once an order enters the shipping process, standard return procedures must be followed for refunds.
